Q: What is the minimum quantity for custom printing I can order? A: Minimum quantities can vary from one order to the next, usually 25,000-50,000 per size is a common quantity that is feasible. We are offer as little as 10,000 per size with 4 weeks from approval of artwork. By the way, there is no minimum order required for generic/plain cups. Q: Why is there a minimum quantity for custom printed orders? A: With custom printing, there are many expenses involved in the setup, as our printing process is food grade based inks on Printing Press, namely -- Printing plates (each colour requires one plate), the make ready (starting the printed job) takes up several hundred meters of paper, as the speed of the machine is fairly fast, which can equate to a minimum of 5,000 cups of wasted paper, therefore to keep the cost down, we make the quantity higher. Q: Can I print anything on the cups? A: Yes, there are unlimited ways and styles you can choose. Q: How should I supply my artwork: A: All artwork should be sent to our design studio in .psd, .ai, .pdf or .png formats. Q: Are you able to produce artwork for me: A: We have a dedicated on site design studio who are able to produce your cup artwork for you. Please contact us for more information Q: Do you have artwork templates: A: We can supply artwork templates for all our products free of charge. Please contact us to request. Q: What is the lead time for a custom printed order? A: We aim to get all orders delivered from confirmation of artwork within 4 weeks. This can be shorter or longer depending on our current orders schedules. In some urgent cases and small quantity, we have delivered in one or two weeks. Q: How much will I be expected to pay for a minimum order? A: This you will have to discuss with our sales department as prices can vary depending on the colors of your art work, order quantities and the frequencies of re-orders. A: Cups should be stored in a clean dry space. They should not be stacked in such a way as to crush boxes as this can result in distortion preventing correct fitting of lids, and cups may become compacted, preventing easy separation of cups. For hygiene reasons it is best to leave cups in sleeves as long as possible, if not using dispensers. Place cups upside down on counter to prevent contaminates entering cups. Q : Do you export? A : Yes we have a lot of experiences shipping overseas Q: Are the cups fully made in China or designed in China? A: All our Cups are proudly designed and made in China Q: Can I get a sample? A:Yes, any reasonable request for samples. Q: Can I buy small quantities directly from Sowinpak?
